We’re a condo complex in Edmonds and have needed plumbing services several times over the past
year, most recently the week of 1/15/24 due freezing temps. Yep - a broken pipe!! Mikes staff is tops at
communicating in advance as well as keeping their customer updated on their tech’s ETA. They’ve been great in doing all possible to meet our needs in a timely manner. Their dispatch staff? Fabulous! Each tech sent to us explains what they’re doing and why, when alternatives are an option they’re explained. IMO their rates are very fair. You can count on them and that’s worth a lot!!

During the last freeze, Mike’s Plumbing was stellar. They returned calls on a WEEKEND,
came the next day on a WEEKEND and were communicative and efficient.
I can’t say enough good things about the company.

Mike's Plumbing gave us top notch service, especially on Black Friday.
They diagnosed our plumbing emergency promptly in the morning and when we had a critical sewer pipe leak,
they sent out a full crew that afternoon to take care of our issue.

Mike's Plumbing is the go-to plumber for my condo complex.

They were very prompt at replacing my unit's hot water tank and its leaky cold water supply valve.
I thought the total cost was high (lower $2000s), but it was because of all of the extras required by city codes to install,
in a multiple unit building and not because the hot water tank itself was overpriced (below $1000).

My condo's management company trusts them, and I've been happy the two times I've used them, I recommend them.

Mike has been our plumber for years, since he first started. Our house is old, so it has had its share of
small jobs and bathroom renovations. Everything from water heater and dishwasher installs,
clogged drains, re-pipe, and two different bathroom remodels; Mike and his team are exceptional.
Mike and his team are very honest and very good at balancing what we want, what we need, and what our budget will allow.
Mike even recommended a non toxic product that we could put in our drains once a month to keep them running clear.
He does not sell the product so there's no ulterior motives there, just good old fashioned customer care to try and save us money.

I am grateful to have such an honest, reliable, and skillful plumber.

I've used Mike's Plumbing and Drain 2 times in the last 18 months for two different issues. They did a great job both times.
The scheduler (Tyler) was courteous and helpful and both times they worked to get someone out here as quickly as
possible to address my issues. The technicians were courteous and professional and they worked expeditiously
to resolve the issues so as not to charge for any more time than was necessary and thus kept the total cost reasonable.
Hayden, who was the plumber who came out this last time, was very professional and pleasant to work with.
He resolved our more complicated issue expeditiously and when he had to come back out to follow-up on an additional
item, he did so almost immediately and did not charge for that time and additional materials.
I felt comfortable with his knowledge and professionalism. I would recommended Mike's Plumbing and Drain.

I can't express how great our experience was with Mike's.
After many calls Mike's, after reviewing many logs , was the only highly rated plumber that not only responded promptly but
could meet our needs of immediate and urgent need. Backed up sewer line into the bathroom. Ugly!
Mike's diagnosed the problem, that in itself was challenging.
They had to dig up the line in our back yard, replace broken pipe and replace with new PVC.
Not to mention replacing a new flange under the toilet.
For the scope of work that needed to be done I believe the quote was very reasonable.
I applaud both Dakota and Justin for their hard work. No wasted time.
