I had a common problem with a clogged sink, and another company couldn’t fix it, trying to charge me double. Miguel was wonderful making sure I knew all the moves he was going to have to make in terms so i knew what was happening. They had to go thru the roof vent, and he was very precise and clear going out to the road to clear anything that could cause any issue. He provided an estimate up front as to what it would cost and was under the estimate when done. They did a great job and i recommend them to everyone now they are my go-to for any plumbing repairs. I was impressed with the quality of work–the guys that came out took care to select the proper piping for the job and replaced horizontal runs, aged parts, and unnecessary sections of the drain to drastically improve it. After getting bids from 4 other local plumbers and getting to understand the work they would’ve performed, Mike’s was and is the clear winner when it comes to great work at a fair price. I had used 4 other companies since buying my home in 2017, before finding Mike’s and using them for maintenance hydro jetting of my backed-up sewer line; the line is old and branches were causing back ups annually (however, when Mike’s did the job, it did not back up again for 3 years – obviously doing a better job than the other companies.) Mike’s Plumbing did the best job and were honest and professional. They didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need, like the other plumbing companies. When I had an emergency I called them without hesitation, knowing I would get fair, professional, and thorough service – and I was right! They quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem – the water line needed to be replaced – they gave me an estimate, answered all of my questions, and did a great job, completed on time for a fair price. They were even concerned about digging up the plants in my yard and discussed it with me before starting the job. Mike’s Plumbing far surpasses other companies I’ve tried and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need.
